The Georgics Project transcends traditional education, inspiring scholars to become creators, stewards of their communities, and advocates for self-reliance. As a mentor, you'll guide young scholars toward a profound understanding of these principles, helping them unlock the potential within themselves and their world.

  1. Experience Tangible Results: Dive into the world of creation by making, growing, raising, harvesting, selling, and more. Scholars witness the real-world outcomes of the 7 Georgic Principles, including Providence, Mission, Self-Validation, Ownership, Community Stewardship, Local Interdependence, and Entrepreneurialism.
  2. Embrace Foundational Principles: The Georgics Project focuses on living out the foundational principles of a meaningful life, emphasizing self-reliance, community, and a profound reconnection to the earth.
  3. Explore Agrarian Classics: Scholars delve into classic works set in agrarian settings, where they'll discover the value and personal growth that stem from hard work and commitment.
  4. Discover Mini-Ag Ideals and Georgic Principles: Scholars learn about the 6 Mini-Ag Ideals and the Georgic Principles, which extend far beyond agriculture and become integral to their lives. These principles encompass mission, entrepreneurship, forgiveness, self-validation, community stewardship, interdependence, and real estate ownership.
  5. Emphasize Spiritual Creation and Planning: The Georgics Project places a strong emphasis on the power of spiritually creating or planning something before physically bringing it to life. Students embark on their Georgic project, which could range from planning and nurturing a garden to raising bees or poultry.
